San Bernardino Cnty Dept of Behav Health Logo

This logo, which was commissioned by the old director of the Department of Behavioral Health in San Bernardino, CA, was used for approximately 5 years until they changed it in 2015. I was told that the theme should be based on diverse faces and that it should fit like a puzzle over the county logo, which is an arrowhead.
